Mrs. Meyer, 79, Fontanelle, Dies

Lutheran Services Held Yesterday For Mrs. Arlene Meyer

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. yesterday at Salem Lutheran church in Fontanelle for Mrs. Arlene Meyer, 79, who died at her home there Sunday morning. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Mrs. Meyer and husband, Bartel, have been well-known residents of the Fontanelle community for many years.

Mrs. Meyer was born a native of Germany, born September 2, 1860, at Cralmar. She came to this county with her parents 54 years ago. Survivors are her husband, Bartel Meyer, of Fontanelle; a son, Otto Meyer in California; a brother, Emil W. Block of Fremont, and two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Schade and Emma Block, Germany.
