WILLIAM QUINLAN BURIED SATURDAY
Wm. Quinlan, died at his home in Blair, Thursday morning of last week. He was the son of the late Patrick Quinlan, who was a well-known character in the early history of Blair.
Deceased was born in Omaha, and in 1867 the family moved to a homestead, south of Blair, where they resided until 1872 when they moved to Blair where William grew to manhood.
He was married to Miss Ella Eagen, of Harrison County, Ia., and to them four children were born, three of whom still live, William of Omaha; Patrick, in the armed forces; and Mrs. Ruth Robertson, of Grand Island. Besides these children and the widow he leaves two brothers, Tom of Omaha; and John, of Blair; Mrs. Louie Grimm and Mrs. Harry Tucker, of Burt County, Mrs. Margaret Titzer, of Blair, and Mrs. Mary Sinnotte, of Omaha.
Funeral services were held last Saturday from the Catholic church and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.

WM. QUINLAN DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
William Quinlan, 77, died at his Blair home Thursday morning after a long illness. He is survived by his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Robertson of Grand Island, and two sons, William E. of Omaha and Patrick J. with the U.S. Army in Hawaii; also two brothers and four sisters.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.
