Funeral services were held Saturday, April 10, at Campbell Funeral Home for Lucile D. Monkman, 81, who died at Crowell Home April 7, 1982.

Rev. Morland Adell conducted the services. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.

Lucile D. Monkman was born December 21, 1900 to Lotan Reed and Elsie C. Cook DeWolf in Genoa, Nebraska. She was married to Albert C. Monkman. He preceded her in death.

She was a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Broken Bow P.E.O.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Lewis; and Mrs. Eleanor Walters, both of Chadron, Nebraska. One brother, L. Harold DeWolf, Lakeland, Florida; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren also survive her.

Pallbearers were Roy I. Anderson, Etlar Olsen, Gordon Vinton and Lester Lewis.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
