Louis Petersen, 71, of Omaha, formerly of Washington, Neb., died Friday at Lutheran Hospital in Omaha after a long illness.

The funeral was held at 2:30 Sunday at the Crosby & Kunold Mortuary in Omaha, with burial in Prairie View Cemetery north of Washington.

Surviving are three sisters, Misses Anna and Louise Petersen and Mrs. Mary Larsen, all of Omaha; one niece and one nephew.
