BETTY I. THOMPSON, 79

Betty I. Thompson, 79, of Blair, died Jan. 18, 2004, at Good Shepherd Home in Blair. Funeral services were Wednesday, Jan. 21, at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd Home. Interment was in the Blair Cemetery.

Betty Irene Thompson was born May 20, 1924, in Omaha to Frank and Hazel (Brunton) Thompson.

She worked at several different restaurants in Omaha where she was a cook and a waitress.

She is survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Virginia and Reno Chiesa of Omaha; Joanne Trobough of Omaha; and a brother, Raymond Thompson of Blair.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Bill Lee Thompson.
