Marian C. Row, 95, of Rochester, Minn., died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at Golden Living West in Rochester.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 8, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont. Interment will be in the Hooper city cemetery.
An hour of visitation will precede the Mass at the church in Fremont on Monday.
Marian Cecelia von Rein was born May 10, 1915, in Hooper to Herman and Mary von Rein. Raised in Hooper, she was a graduate of the public school.
On Nov. 18, 1937, she married Albert Row in Hooper. The couple lived in Arlington, where Mrs. Row was a custodian at the school for many years. She moved to Minnesota in 1991 to be near her children. She became a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Byron, Minn.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Kathleen Row of Austin, Minn.; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Steven Gatzke of Byron; grandchildren, Anthony and Lisa Row, Darren and Jill Row, Ryan Row, Jeffrey Row, Matthew Row, Cole Gatzke, and Blake Gatzke; five great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Jean von Rein.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, in 1989; and two brothers, Andrew and Ernest von Rein.
Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont is in charge of arrangements.
