William Tremains, who for some time has made his home with Mrs. Lilly Coffin, dropped dead Monday evening near the post office, a victim of a heart attack.
Deceased was born at Missouri Valley, Iowa and came to Blair several years ago. At one time he followed the barber’s trade but for years he had been supported by an old age pension.
At his death he was past seventy-four years of age. He leaves a brother, Dick of Blair and another, Ed of Fremont.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. from the Bendorf Funeral Home and interment will be made in the Blair cemetery.
