SERVICES HELD FOR MAN FROM NICKERSON
Memorial services for Charles S. Tucker, 46, were at 2 p.m. December 18 at the Congregational Church. Dr. Alan Campbell officiated.
Tucker, of Nickerson, Nebraska, died unexpectedly December 14 in Williamsburg, Iowa.
He was born July 17, 1932 at Winside. He moved to Fremont with his parents and attended Fremont schools. He graduated from Fremont High School in 1951.
Tucker worked for Stormor in Fremont. He was a member of the Congregational Church, Fraternal Order of Eagles and Nickerson Volunteer Fire Department.
He married the former Shirley Nielsen in Fremont on January 18, 1952. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Mrs. Lillian Tucker of Fremont; daughter, Susan at home; sons, John and Mark, both at home, and Mitchell who is in the U. S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio; brothers, Robert of Nickerson and Donald of Elkhorn; and 1 grandchild.
The body was donated for science.
