Rites Are Held For Carl Beal On Saturday

Funeral services were held in the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church Saturday afternoon for Carl Richard Beal, who passed away on March 3 in the Columbus Manor Nursing Home in Columbus, Nebraska.

Reverend Keith Sackett officiated. Burial was in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

Mr. Beal was born on December 5, 1896, in Omaha. He was married to his wife, Louise, on July 5, 1922, served as a mail carrier for a short time, and was a lawyer for a few years. Mr. Beal had been in failing health for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Louise, of Fort Calhoun, and one son, Robert Beal, of Fullerton, California, and 1 sister, Alice, of Omaha.
