Obituary printed in the October 8, 1924 Pilot, Blair, Nebraska

Vester Harvey Smith was born September 16, 1923 and died October 3, 1924, age 1 year and 17 days. He is survived by his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Smith, two sisters, Violet and Velma, one brother, Verne. Funeral services were held at the home in Fremont Sunday, Rev. J.E. Aeschbacher, of the Congregational Church of Arlington, officiating. Interment was made at the Arlington cemetery.
