Richard L. Thompson, 75, of Herman, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, at the United Methodist Church in Tekamah.

Mr. Thompson is survived by his wife, Lela; sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Debbie, Mark and Tammy, and Scot and Ellen; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Tekamah United Methodist Church or Herman Rural Fire Department.
