Bessie Snyder, Of Crowell Home, Died November 17

Funeral services were held Monday, November 19th for Bessie Snyder, a resident of the Crowell Memorial Home at Blair.

She was born at the village of Pishelville, In Knox County, Nebraska on June 17, 1886. She attended school there and was married to James Snyder on March 6, 1912. One son, Henry, was born and he has lived at Ft. Calhoun for a number of years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, and sister. Surviving are her son Henry, of Ft. Calhoun and a brother and sister of Verdigre, Nebraska. There is also a granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held in the Ft. Calhoun Presbyterian Church November 19th with the Rev. Keith Sackett officiating. Burial was made in the Ft. Calhoun cemetery.
