Peter Nielsen, 88, Died Friday, Services Monday

Funeral services will be held Monday for Peter Nielsen, 88 years of age, who died Friday at the Leptien Rest Home in Blair.

The services will be held at 2 P.M. at the Orum Lutheran Church, the Rev. Harold Laursen officiating with interment in Orum Cemetery.

Mr. Nielsen is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Marie McIntosh of Lakeworth, Florida, two grand-children, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Marie Madsen, of Denmark.

Mr. Nielsen was born November 23, 1876 in Denmark. December 27, 1896 he married Mathilde Knudsen who preceded him in death. The Nielsens came to this country in November of 1909. He farmed for several years in the Orum district.

The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
