Rites Tuesday For Mrs. Edna Noble
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Episcopal Church for Mrs. Edna Noble, 80 years of age, of Van Nuys, Calif., who died Friday.
Father Sam Elliston will officiate at the services with burial in Blair Cemetery. The Eastern Star will be in charge of graveside services.
Mrs. Noble is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Noble and Mrs. Melvin C. Nore (Jane) both of Van Nuys.
Mrs. Noble was born January 25, 1882 in Dodge County. In 1902 she married George H. Noble in Blair. Mr. Noble died Nov. 14, 1918.
Mrs. Noble was employed at the Castetter and Farmers Banks in Blair for a number of years. She left Blair in 1937, moving to Omaha. In 1943 she moved to California.
The Campbell Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers For Mrs. Edna Noble
Relatives of Mrs. Edna Noble served as pallbearers at her funeral on Tuesday, August 28th. They were her son-in-law, Melvin C. Nore of Van Nuys, California; her nephews, Harold Cantlin of Blair, Basil Gorey of Boone, Iowa, Roy and Stephen Honey of Fremont and a close friend of the family, Sam Haller, of Blair.
