Oscar W. Karn, 88, of Omaha, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 1999, in Omaha.

Services were Saturday, Dec. 18, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home.

Oscar W. Karn was born Sept. 24, 1911, in Fort Calhoun. He worked as a service representative for National Cash Register in Omaha. His hobbies were wood working, dancing, playing the organ and vacationing.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Linda Karn of Berryton, Kan.; a sister, Louise Meisenger of Omaha; three grandchildren, Macele Hanna, Wendy Ping and Richard B. Karn.

He was preceded in death by his wife Florence.

Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
