C.V. Andrews, father of City Light and Water Commissioner W.H. Andrews, died at Sturgis, South Dakota late Wednesday night. He had been in poor health and hospitalized for a number of weeks.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, W.H. Andrews of Blair, and F.C. Andrews of LaPuente, California; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Gregory, of Sturgis, South Dakota and two granddaughters, Mary Jo and Ellen Andrews of Blair.

W.H. Andrews left for Sturgis this (Thursday) morning to assist with funeral arrangements.
