Mrs. Hazel Keeler, 78, Died Saturday At Dodge Co. Hospital

Mrs. Clyde M. Keeler (Hazel) of Arlington died last Saturday, December 6, at the Dodge County Memorial Hospital in Fremont. She had been in failing health for two years.

Mrs. Keeler was 78 years of age, having been born April 2, 1897 at North Bend, Nebraska. She had lived in Arlington for the past nine years, having moved to Arlington from Valley. She had retained her membership in the Valley Order of the Eastern Star and had many friends there.

She was married April 21, 1921 in Fremont to Clyde M. Keeler, who survives her passing.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, three daughters, two brothers and two sisters. The sons are Glen, of Arlington, Dale of Valley, Richard of Lincoln and James of Linwood. The daughters are Mrs. Herb (Joyce) Sievers of Omaha, Miss Betty Keeler of Bellevue, and Mrs. Lloyd (Leatha) Mumm of Yutan. The two brothers are Clyde Walraven, of Sterling, Colorado and William Walraven of Callipatria, California. The sisters are Mrs. Richard (Leola) Kildee of Fremont and Mrs. Clude (Agnes) Howery, also of Fremont. There are 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A prayer service was held Monday evening at the Bader, Rozanek, Lawson Funeral Home in Fremont, the Rev. Bryce Hecht conducting the service.

Funeral services were held at the mortuary in Fremont Tuesday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Dwain Acker.

Burial was made in the Memorial Cemetery at Fremont.
