James Keenan Funeral Held
ARLINGTON PAPERHANGER AND PAINTER, 50, DIES AFTER STRICKEN ILL
James Keenan, 50, Arlington painter and decorator, died Sunday at Lutheran Hospital in Omaha. He had become ill last Thursday while at work in Valley.
The funeral, with arrangements in charge of the William Reckmeyer & Son Funeral Home was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Arlington Methodist Church, burial following in Arlington Cemetery. Pallbearers were Otto Renard, Leslie French, Richard Melvard, Howard Marshall, Rayimong Ludwig and George Schoettger.
Native of Denver, Mr. Keenan was born Dec. 31, 1902 and came to Arlington, his home since, as a boy. He and Evelyn Fagg were married Aug. 3, 1927.
Surviving Mr. Keenan are his wife; one son, James, Jr., 16; also a brother and a sister, Lawrence Keenan and Mrs. Zella LeMay, both of Denver.
