Caesar Kegler Died Friday
Life-time County Farmer Died Friday At His Farm Home
Caesar Kegler, 69-year-old Washington County farmer, died of a heart attack at his farm home north of Blair Friday evening about 8:30 o’clock.
Funeral services have been set for Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church, the Rev. George Palleson officiating with interment in Blair Cemetery.
Mr. Kegler was born March 31, 1892 on the Kegler Homestead. He has been a Washington County farmer his entire life. Mr. and Mrs. Kegler were married Oct. 30, 1917.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; one daughter, Mrs. Vernon Christofferson (Gladys); four grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Willard Gustin, Sr., Mrs. Nell Kuhr and Mrs. Tony Martin, all of Blair.
The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
