Donald Lester Anthony, 65, of Tekamah, died Thursday, August 5, 2004.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 7 at West-lawn, Hillcrest Memorial Park Funeral Home at 5701 Center Street in Omaha.

Mr. Anthony was born on March 8, 1939 and raised in Fremont. He was a truck driver for 44 years. He married his wife, Kathy, in 1973.

Mr. Anthony had a love for Nascar Racing. He went fishing, boating and camping with family and friends.

He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Anthony is survived by his wife, Kathy; four children Karla Nadrchal, Brenda Anthony, Trish Heidenreich-Blakely, and Todd Anthony; two stepchildren, Sally Aufenkamp and Mike Barrett; thirteen grandchildren; three brothers, Lonnie, Myron, and Rocky Anthony; four stepbrothers, Dan, Scott, Tyler and Matt Dixon; stepsister, Beth Mincer, stepmother, Doris Anthony; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Evelyn Anthony and step-brother, Tracy Dixon.

Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
