JUDY C. MENSIK, 50
Services were Monday, February 11 at St. James Catholic Church in Omaha for Judy C. Mensik, 50 of Omaha who died February 7, 1991 in an Omaha hospital. Entombment was in Calvary Mausoleum in Omaha.
She was born October 27, 1940 to Rudolph and Clare Otterpohl Kovarik in Omaha.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Mensik; two stepsons, Thomas M. Mensik and Daniel S. Mensik, all of Omaha; two brothers, Dudley Kovarik of California and Kenneth H. Kovarik of Omaha; and two grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
