Delbert Allen, a native of Blair who in recent years has been a resident of the Grand Island Veterans Home, died at that place September 26th. Burial was made in the Grand Island Nation Cemetery on September 29th.

Mr. Allen was born in Blair September 1, 1902 and lived here all of his life until going to the Grand Island Home in 1970.

He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Moser, of Fairfax, Missouri, Mrs. Mabel Churchill, of Bently, Iowa and Mrs. C.E. (Irene) Robinson of Tucson, Arizona.
