MRS. SAM BOVEE DIES AT ROSALIE
The Rosalie Community was shocked Tuesday morning when it learned that Mrs. Sam Bovee, 60, a resident of the community for more than 40 years, had passed away during the night.
Mrs. Bovee had been in poor health for some time and was being treated for a heart ailment, but her condition had not been considered serious.
The Bovees moved to Thurston County from Blair about 38 years ago and are well known in south east Thurston County.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Methodist Church in Rosalie, with the Rev. Ernest Nelson of Wausa in charge. ----- The Walthill Citizen
