MRS. LUCY STEEL DIES ON BIRTHDAY

Mrs. Lucy Steel passed away at the Blair Hospital July 7, which was her 81st birthday. She lived in Ashland, Nebraska most of her life but had resided in Blair since her husband, Fred Steel, passed away in 1963.

She is survived by two daughters and one son: Mrs. Edna Millrons of Blair; Mrs. Berniece Jensen of Omaha; and Donald Taylor of Portland, Oregon. Also nine grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock on Saturday, July 10th at the Marcy Funeral Home in Ashland.
