Brother Of Arlington Man Buried at Bennington

Services for Thomas Kniep, 87, were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Bennington.

Survivors are the widow, Margretha; sons, Henry of Kennard and Walter of Bridgewater, Iowa; daughters, Mrs. Elton E. Edmundson of Sidney, Mont., and Mrs. Theodore Witt of Elkhorn; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Fred Kniep of Arlington.

Memorials have been established for St. John’ Lutheran Church or Good Shepherd Home at Blair.

Burial was in the German Cemetery in Bennington.
