SUICIDE FOUND UNDER BRIDGE FRIDAY MORNING
An Omaha man, apparently in his early 20’s, was found dead in a car parked under the Blair Bridge about noon Friday.
The car, a 1957 Chevrolet, was licensed to Robert Lawrence Cook, of 104 South 90th Street, Omaha, and the occupant was believed to have been Cook.
Blair police were alerted by an Omahan who noted the car under the east side of the bridges over the Missouri River. Police checked and called the Harrison County, Iowa sheriff’s office, the area being in Iowa.
The young man was believed to be a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
