MRS. CABEEN PASSED AWAY IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. J.W. Cabeen, wife of Rev. J.W. Cabeen, a former pastor of the Baptist church, in Blair, died at Alameda, Calilfornia, recently, of exophthalmic goiter, while she and her husband were on their annual vacation. Four years ago, Mrs. Cabeen was married, assuming the title of “mother” to several small children of her sister, who was Rev. Cabeen’s first wife. She did her duty nobly, and was greatly loved by the children and respected by her neighbors. They have been recently stationed at different points in California, having gone there for the benefit of Mrs. Cabeen’s health.

Their Blair friends will deeply regret to learn of the good lady’s death and extend sympathy.
