John W. Cramer, senior member of the engineering firm of Fulton & Cramer of Lincoln, died at Lincoln on Wednesday, February 2nd. Mr. Cramer had been a consulting engineer for the City of Blair utilities for many years. He was the engineer on the work which is going on at the Blair electric plant at this time, which includes the installation of a new generating unit and a large-scale remodeling of the plant building.
Mr. Cramer, 51, was a past president of the American Water Works, Assn., the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Nebraska Engineering Society. He was active in many other engineering societies.
He was well known to all men who were close to the utility operations of Blair, and was a close friend of the late Harry L. Morris, former Blair Utilities Commissioner.
