Betty L. Bensen, 63

Betty L. Bensen, 63, of Blair, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2003, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Betty Lou Bensen was born Feb. 22, 1940, in Herman to Lloyd “Sport” and Alice (Evans) Hineline. She was baptized and confirmed a the First Lutheran Church in Blair. She attended Herman Public Schools.

She was employed by D. L. Blair Corporation from July 1977 until March 1996.

She is survived by her sons and a daughter-in-law, Mark and JoLene Bensen, and Mike Bensen and friend, Lori Sanders, all of Blair; a daughter Debbie Jones of Bellevue; four grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Bonnie and Gordon Stork of Omaha and Sandra and Layton Schlotfeld of Bailey, Colo., and nieces and nephews.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
