Graveside services for Jasmine Stephanie Arvizu, who died shortly after birth April 6, 1994 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, were held 1 p.m. Monday April 11 at the Blair Cemetery.

She is survived by her parents, Luis and Connie Arvizu of Blair; brother, Michael Ward of Blair; sister, Jessica Ward of Blair and grandparents, Ignacio Arvizu of Carlsbad, California and Robert and ……………… of Kearny, Arizona.
