Services for Rosalie K. Kubik, 82 will be 9:30 a.m. Tues. Oct. 1, 1996 at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Omaha. Burial will be in the Plasi Cemetery at Prague, Neb.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward J. Kubik.

She is survived by nephews, Marvin Kubik, Fort Calhoun; Wayne Kubik, Cedar Bluffs, Neb.; a niece, Sharon Kubik Thompson, Arlington; numerous great-nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law, Blanche M., Valley, Neb.

Memorials may be directed to Parkinson’s Disease or the church.

John A. Gentleman Westside Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
