Funeral services were Wednesday, July 21, at Zion Lutheran Church in Pierce, Nebraska, for Virgil E. Aubert, 70, of Pierce who died July 18, 1982.

He was a retired Chicago and Northwestern Railroad machinist.

He is survived by his wife, Edna Aubert; and two sons, Rolland Aubert of Blair and Gerald Aubert of Dallas Center, Iowa. Six grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Don (Enola) Turek also survive him.

Stonacek Funeral Home in Pierce was in charge of arrangements. For the services.
