DEATH OF MRS. ANNA SCHROEDER
Anna Margaret Schroeder, late wife of Fred Schroeder, living one and one half miles northwest of Telbasta, departed this life at 9:30 o’clock on last Saturday morning. Anna Brockman was born in Germany Dec. 13, 1854 and came to this country in the summer of 1891, coming direct to Arlington.
She was united in marriage to Fred Schroeder, at the German Evangelical Lutheran church on Dec. 18, 1891. There were five children, three of whom have gone to their eternal home. Herman F., four years of age; and Anna F., six years of age, are the children left to mourn the loss of a loving mother.
Mrs. Schroeder was a devout member of the German Evangelical Lutheran church. The funeral services were held at the residence at 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, and a short service at the church three miles north of Arlington at 2 p.m. The services were conducted by Rev. J. Hilgendorf, assisted by Rev. Lang. -- Arlington Review
