Funeral services for Thomas Leonard, 64 of Blair, who died at the Veterans Hospital in Omaha August 20, 1992 were Monday, August 24 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church with burial in the Blair Cemetery.

Thomas A. Leonard was born November 27, 1928 at Blair, Nebraska to Thomas and Gladys Raver Leonard. He lived in Minnesota for a brief period during his childhood, returning to Blair where he had resided until his death. He graduated from Blair High School and attended Dana College.

During World War II, he served in the Navy. He was a life member of the Blair Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by his son, Robert of Blair; two daughters, Linda Leonard, Omaha; and Susanand Dr. Thomas Minch III, Riverside, California; two granddaughters, Catharine and Anne Minch; two sisters, Catherine (Mrs. Paul) Topf, Blair and Mrs. Charles Fickle, Henderson, Kentucky; and one brother, William Leonard of Auburn, California.

Campbell-Aman Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
