Vera M. Haney, 90, of Fremont, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, at the A. J. Merrick Manor of Fremont.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont with the Rev. Lynn Martin officiating. Interment will be in Fremont’s Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20, and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Dec. 21 at the funeral home.
Vera M. Haney was born Dec. 10, 1914, in Fremont to George and Elizabeth (Eicke) Haney. She was a graduate of Arlington High School and lived in the Fremont area her entire life.
She was a member of the Arlington Community Church, Sarepta Chapter No. 48, Order of the Eastern Star at Arlington.
She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law, Alice Delaney of Fremont, and Lillian and Ronald Duncan of Spring Valley, Calif.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Laura Haney and Mary Hoffman, and three brothers, Floyd, Jim and George Irvin Haney.
