#2-10 July, 1902 - Blair Courier - Edna Kelly
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. F. Kelly was saddened by the death of their daughter, Edna, last Saturday evening from consumption after having been a patient sufferer for over a year. About six months ago she was taken to Epiphany, S.D. to Father Kroeger in the hope of receiving some benefit, but the disease had gained too strong a hold and while she seemed to rally for a time, yet it was not permanent. Deceased was 24 years of age, and leaves a father, mother, three brothers and a sister besides many friends to mourn her death. The funeral was held at the Catholic church Monday morning, and interment was made in the Catholic cemetery. Rev.
