Jacquie L. Heinssen, 51, of Blair, died Saturday, June 28, at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2003, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clair. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery. Visitation will be gin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Jacquie L. Heinssen was born June 25, 1952, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Fred and Lois (Wilson) Archer.

She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs in 1970. After high school, she worked as a waitress, did office work, was a laborer, owned J & D Ceramics in Crescent, Iowa, for several years, then owned Chili Peppers restaurant in Blair. Her many hobbies included ceramics, quilting, crocheting, gardening and cooking. For several years, she was an active member of ABATE.

She is survived by her husband, Dean; father, Fred Archer of Crescent, Iowa; sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Keith Narmi of Berryville, Ark., many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Archer.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
