DuWayne Otto Lunde, a member of the Blair Community High School teaching staff, died suddenly at his home late Monday evening. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Lunde was a Science Instructor at Blair High.

He was born at Cresco, Iowa April 10, 1932 and was 43 years of age at the time of his death. He was married and the father of two children. The Lundes live at 1338 Wilbur Street in south Blair.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn and by two daughters, Kari and Andrea. His father Otto Lunde and his mother, Mrs. Lyle Master of NeNona, Iowa, both are living. A brother, Keith, lives at Laurel, Nebraska and a sister, Mrs. Lucille Hackbart, lives at Minneapolis, Minn.

Funeral services are being held today (Thursday) at the First Lutheran Church at 1:00p.m. The Rev. Robert Albers will conduct the service. Burial, under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary, will be made at St. John's Cemetery in Eustis, Nebraska.
