Robert Lee (Bob) Lund, 66, died Friday, May 2, 1997 in Tacoma, Wash., following a heart attack.
Services were May 9 in Tacoma.
Lund was born Oct. 5, 1930 in Craig, Nebr. to Matt and Sue (Heartley) Lund. He graduated from Craig High School. During the Korean Conflict, he served in the United States Army as a long-range artilleryman. In 1952, he married Peggy McMullin. They farmed in the area, raising a family of five children. They divorced in 1972. He moved to Tacoma in 1978.
Survivors are his mother; two daughters, Colleen Campbell of Blue Springs, Mo. and Ginger Austin of Blair; sons, Brad of Grand Lodge, Mich. and Nathan of Tekamah; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Monte; his father, and stepsisters, Shirley Johnson and Irma Davis.
