Pvt. Bill Lundt, son of Mrs. Verna Lundt of Hastings and G. W. Lundt of Honolulu, was killed in action at the battle of Luzon on March 26th, according to word received last week by Blair relatives.
Pvt. Lundt was a nephew of Mrs. J. E. Campbell and of B. F. and Theodore Lundt and is quite well known here.

PVT. BILL LUNDT OF WEST POINT WAS NEPHEW OF BLAIR RESIDENTS
Pvt. Bill Lundt, of West Point, Nebraska, was killed in action on Luzon in the Philippines, on March 26. A frequent visitor in Blair during his boyhood vacation days, Pvt. Lundt was the son of Mrs. Verna Lundt of Hastings and G. F. Lundt of Honolulu.
The dead serviceman was a nephew of Mrs. J. E. Campbell, B. F. Lundt and T. H. Lundt, all of Blair.
