G.G. HINES FOUND DEAD THIS MORNING

G.G. Hines, one-time contractor of Blair, was found dead at his home on west Front Street this (Thursday) morning. He had been recovering from a heart attack which he had suffered several days ago.

Mr. Hines was 86 years old and has lived alone since the death of his wife a number of years ago. He has no immediate relatives in this vicinity. A complete obituary will appear in Monday's Pilot Tribune.

GILBERT HINES RITES MONDAY

Funeral services were held today (Monday) at the Campbell Mortuary for Gilbert G. Hines, 86 years of age, who died Thursday.

The Rev. Clare Olney officiated at the services with interment in Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Hines, a contractor in Blair for many years, was born at Avoca, Iowa, December 10, 1876. He is survived by three sisters, and several nieces.
