MOTHER OF MRS. BUCK BURKE DIED EARLY WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Hattie L. Holmes, 2865 Ames Ave., Omaha, died early Wednesday at an Omaha hospital. Mrs. Holmes was the mother of Mrs. Buck Burke of Blair.

She is survived by her son, LeRoy F. Denton, Omaha, Neb.; 2 daughters, Mrs. William (Bernice) Wunderlich, Visalia, Calif., Mrs. Buck (Margaret) Burke of Blair.; 3 brothers, Herman Wilke, William F. Wilke, both of Omaha, Nebr., Robert A. Wilke, Vista, Calif.; 2 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday at Roeder Mortuary. Interment was at West Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Holmes was a member of the Spanish American War Veterans Auxiliary, and the D. Louis Black VFW Post.
