Printed in the Thursday, April 3, 1879 Pilot, Blair, Nebraska

A man by the name of McNatton, who has been employed by J.P. Ames for awhile back, died last Tuesday night. He was a stranger in this section without friends or acquaintances other than those formed while stopping with Mr. Ames. It is said that he had a wife and a child in Iowa somewhere from whom he had separated. His remains will be conveyed to their last resting place today.
