WM Watkins Dead-Brought Here For Burial

Wm. Watkins, a former resident of the Cuming City neighborhood for more than forty years, died last Sunday at his home in Omaha from trouble incident to old age and his remains were brought here on Tuesday for interment, burial being made direct from the train, Rev. C. M. Foreman conducting the services at the grave.

William A. Watkins and Vesta Elizabeth Tisher were married on February 25th, 1869 at Florence, Nebraska. The couple lived in Nebraska for thirty years, and then in Tabor, Iowa for about twenty years.
