Mrs. Jesse Osborn passed away at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha at 5:15 yesterday evening and J. E. Campbell went down at once and brought the body here for preparation for the funeral service to be held Friday afternoon at the Methodist Church, unless it has to be postponed for some distant relatives to come. Rose Terkins was born in Gracein County, Va., April 15th, 1857, so would have been 70 years had she lived until April. She was married to Ab Aker and six children were born to them, four of whom are now living, Rev. Cecil A. Aker, of Fresno, Calif., Alfonzo Aker, of Clayborn, Texas, J. W. Aker, Duncan, Arizona, and Mrs. Norma Siegal, of Standard Calif. One daughter died in early womanhood and Rev. Grover Aker, who was so well known here, having graduated from the high school passed away a few years ago. Mr. Aker died and a few years later she married to Jesse Osborn in 1897. Mrs. Lester Axtell of this city, is the only child of this marriage. Mrs. Osborn was a woman of rather exceptional ability and will be greatly missed by her many friends who extend deepest sympathy to the bereaved husband and children.
