Services for Chris Bolton, age 76 of Blair who died January 11, 1994 at his home in Blair will be 2 p.m. Friday, January 14 at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Chris Bolton was born December 10, 1917 in Chambers, Nebraska to Robert and Anna Katherine Hullinger Bolton. On March 18, 1938 he married Willie Ellen Jones in Tekamah, Nebraska. She preceded him in death on February 13, 1984.

He did various jobs during his life including driving truck for Denver-Chicago and Navajo. In the 60's, he had a poultry cleaning business. He also operated his own sawmill business and was employed by Kelly Ryan until retiring in 1982. After his retirement he ran a small fish cleaning business.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Willie; two granddaughters, Jacqueline Bolton and Tracy Bolton and one grandson, William Shawn Bolton.

He is survived by his children, Jim, Bill, Sharon Robinson, Gloria Mantell, Larry, Shirley, Bob and Pat, all of Blair; Mary Shumake of Tekamah, 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
