Grandmother Borcherding passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gus Meierhenry, Saturday after several weeks illness, at the age of eighty-two years and eleven months. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Borcherding, who died in May, 1917, and one daughter, Mrs. Anna Luther in July, 1928.

She is survived by four daughters and eight sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of friends to mourn her death.
