Randall Michael Packett, age 65, of Blair, passed away Feb. 3 at Bergen Mercy Hospital in Omaha. He will be forever loved by his family, missed by his friends and remembered by all who knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at The American Legion in Blair on Feb. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m
