Baines, Therese Marie (Bogatz) age 60

Passed away peacefully at her home in Ohio, on Dec. 28, 2017. Teri was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Baines of Fremont; and parents, George and Ann Bogatz of Omaha. Survived by significant other, Dennis Martin of Ohio; three children, Jesse Baines (and wife Cheryl), Rebecca Baines, and Anne Marie Baines and grandchildren, Slater James, Nathan and Ryleigh of Omaha; along with many loving family and friends.

Funeral: Saturday, January 6th, at 2pm at Salem Lutheran Church, Fontanelle, NE 68044
