Helen L. Shelton passed away on March 14. She was preceded in death by husbands Fred Kruse and Herbert Shelton; parents Henry and Gladys Engel; sisters Leona Edgar and Marguerite Smith; brother Donald Engel.

She is survived by sisters Lorene Frerichs and Arlene Mathews; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Sunday, March 18 at 1 p.m. with a funeral at 3 p.m. at the mortuary. Graveside services took place Monday March 19 at 1 p.m. Fairbury Cemetery in Fairbury.
